These blades are highly versatile and suitable for a wide range of applications. Their various sizes and teeth per inch enable the cutting of detailed patterns as well as rough-cut tasks in thicknesses ranging from 1/16˝ to 2 1/2˝. These blades work effectively with wood, plastic, bone, Corian® and most fibrous materials.
The blades ensure efficient chip removal, can accommodate a rapid feed rate, and produce a smooth finish.
- #3 is recommended for soft woods up to 3/4″ or veneers up to 3/16″.
- #5 is advisable for soft woods up to 2″.
- #7 is suggested for hard woods up to 3/4″, and soft woods up to 2″.
- #9 is recommended for both hard and soft woods up to 2″, as well as plywood, MDF, and particleboard.
